I havent used my watchmon 4 in years. I figured it was time to get it going for my battery build. I plugged it in with the USB cable into my laptop. Connected and updated the software. Connected 4 longmons to a 12v battery to make sure everything was working and showed up on the chart, it was after using the setup wizard. Then it said I needed to update the firmware. So I started that process. A CMD screen showed up and did all the things. After the update it says to restart. I restart and now it does not power on while connected with USB. I hear the Ding Ding noise when I connect USB cable to laptop. I then connected the 12v to power the watchmon 4 to see if that would power it on, it didnt. Then I connected both USB and Battery and the same and still does not power on, no LED’s light up. I then removed the button cell to check voltage on it, it is a little under 3v but didnt think that would cause it to not power on since it was previously on and working? Also there were no explosions or no magic smoke released and no funky electrical smells like I did with my watchmon 1 waaaaay back in the day
