After several days of intensive research and many attempts, I managed to connect the Deye SG05LP3-EU-SM2 to the Batrium BMS, and both now work perfectly together. For those planning to use this combination, I have put together a short guide.
The cable
I took a standard network cable, cut off one of the connectors, crimped ferrules onto the two middle wires (blue and blue-white), cut the remaining wires so they couldn’t touch to prevent a short circuit, and then covered the whole thing with heat-shrink tubing to make it look nicer. I connected the blue wire to CAN bus high and the blue-white wire to CAN bus low. It works for me without any shielding.
