Software update: download has started (and never finishes)

Hello,
The Batrium Windows software told me that there is an update available so I clicked the purple Software button, then the Download button. Then it says “Download has started” and it has been like that for several hours now. No progress indicator. I have a 25Mb/s connection so speed should not be an issue.
Any ideas?

Thanks for checking in, not sure why you are getting this issue, I can see it is receiving version information from the servers, so I’m wondering why it doesn’t receive the file :frowning:

We will look into this in the background, but you can upgrade your software easily by running a newer installer. Here’s a link to 2.17.55:

Hello,

Upgraded today by downloading and running the installer linked to by James above an all is OK.

I had to use the WatchMon ESP32 updater to upgrade the firmware as the WatchMonToolkit kept saying that I could not upgrade via WIFI, even when the USB cable was connected.

Anyway, I am happy now!
