Hello everyone,
I’m trying to add a device to the team to be able to see my system through the web app and it doesn’t recognize it.
I’ve tried many times to enter the correct data although I have doubts about what the cloud key is. I don’t know if it’s the one I use to enter the web or the PIN that is fixed behind the core.
I’ve tried everything but it doesn’t find the device.

The cloud key is actually neither, it is a special key derived from the other values so nobody can add your device to your team without everything in front of them.
I suggest using the “Copy IDs” button in ToolKit2, as it can be pasted directly into the Add to Team dialog, as recommended here:
