You can always check our Batrium Wiki, which contains a comprehensive resource for all products and all things related to the Batrium BMS. Search for articles, information, and wiring guide resources in the Wiki. If you can’t find what you need, then feel free to post it here in our community.
2. Not The Place for System Design or Complex Technical Issues
If you have a complex technical enquiry, please use the normal support channel or email it to Batrium Support if you need help with how to proceed, or wish to escalate an enquiry.
Complex issues involving system design with numerous questions involving specific installation details are not suited for the structure of this community. Please direct them to our support email.
3. Clear and Concise
This community is intended to be a knowledge base. Make your posts searchable and answer with a link or reference to a Batrium documentation. As mentioned earlier, do not overcomplicate an enquiry.
4. Editing and Deleting Posts
Our team will regularly edit this forum and will edit questions, topics and answers if we think it will be helpful to add clarity or when new updates and new information is available. We will also sometimes delete posts if they have been duplicated and/or have been previously answered and posted.
5. Be Honest
This place is a dedicated place of learning and sharing. But please be honest with your level of experience and confidence. If you are certain or uncertain of a solution and a fact, it is ok to say so.
