I need help with a BMS package for re-arranging 18x21.9V into a 9p2s setup for a 48v system?
What do I need and what’s the best way to approach it.

You need access to individual cells (less than 21.9V) in order to use our BMS.
Could you share some links to where people have taken apart this battery to show the cell layout within the modules? We’ll need this to give an indication as to whether our BMS is a good fit.

The modules are made of 6s NMC cells with each 3.65V . A sample picture is attached.
I believe the individual cells can be accessed to add monitoring leads.

Looking at the number of wires that are attached to each battery module it looks like they bring out the balancing wires for each cell , that makes it easy
