I have purchased 10 k9 units watchmon core and expansion board. The battery pack im building requires me to extend my temp sensors. These are ntc sensors and i cant find a way to calibrate the sensors. After extending wire no matter the gauge i use the temp sensors are always off by 10 or more degrees

Sorry to hear you are having trouble! We don’t have a way to recalibrate the sensors, as we haven’t run into this issue before.
How are you extending the wires? Solder and heat shrink? Could you send some photos of your pack and these extensions? They are quite long wires so I’m interested to see what your pack looks like.

i am repurposing a rivian battery pack we tried low oxygen 22 gauge copper down to 18 gauge. the temp readings was an issue since the batteries will have active cooling and heating. due to this issue we have now made the choice to place the batteries in a rack instead of using the original case. adds some complications with weather proofing but makes the temp issue non existant by placing each k9 next to its own battery pack. thanks for the reply .luis
