Access to the BMS to configure, monitor and log remotely from the site is underway and will be released soon for the existing products when ready. Our team is currently working on this feature to make this happen. The recent global pandemic and our focus on product development have caused a delay in getting the App/Remote Access completed.
Update:
The latest Windows Toolkit (beta release) now has some of the functionality to provide remote access. There are a couple more things needed which we are working on and when ready will be made available soon.
Development Roadmap:
Migrate the windows toolkit to Mac desktop and mobile iOs and android. Once remote connectivity is in place we can start working on a number of other features. The existing web portal has evolved and we see that the above roadmap is a better/quicker method to provide customer access.
