Did you try BYD ESS (Reserved 40) and are you restarting your inverter after running the wizard, and configuring the inverter for a BYD HVS battery? We have other customers that have managed to get it working with that profile:

Good afternoon, I have the same version of the Deye 30kW SG01HP3 inverter as you. My current firmware version is MAIN: 3103-1095-1E08. The issue with the zero value for the charge current target is no longer present—everything works perfectly. Although the inverter still does not disable the DC stage for battery charging (to reduce idle power consumption), it no longer supplies current, and the battery does not overfill in any mode.
