Critical Fault when SoC gets re-calibrated

Hello,

I use the relay A “Critical BattOk” for release my load-break switch.
Now I have the problem, when the SoC gets re-calibrated, my load-break switch
open the connection and takes the batterie from the system.
I remember, in the beginning I don´t have this issue.

Someone knows to relsolve this problem?

Hi Mario,

Which firmware version are you on, and what are your recalibration values? If you set the value to small (i.e. 100.5) then it can do this too frequently and lock up the processor. Our default value of 101.5 will not do this.

Keen to get to the bottom of this with you

Hi James,

thanks for your reply.

here is the Version of the system:
Versoin

here are the settings:
Re-Calibrate

I also get the fault, when I adjust the SoC manually from the “Metrics” settings in the “Shunt” slide.

Hi Mario,

We made some improvements to the Shunt logic in Toolkit2.17.55 that should address your problem:

Just close the software, run the installer, then upgrade your firmware, and you should find this problem goes away.

Hi James,

I did the changes and now everything works fine again.

Thx for your support.
