One of my cellmons has started flashing it’s red LED and is reporting 2.2V. Is it just busted or is there something I can do?
Cheers

Hi Colin,
We are back from our holiday break and ready to answer questions!
Have you double checked all the connections? Bolts and connectors nice and tight?
How long have you had the system for? Do you have it provisioned? If so, we can take a look over time and potentially establish a cause.
Keen to get to the bottom of this one!
Thanks for the response. Yes all bolts are tight and connections are good. The cell monitors are chained together so if one is not working at all the chain is broken and no cell monitor will be able to report.
The system has been running for about 4 years now. I don’t know what provisioned is.
Thanks again.
I found the provisioning tool and went through the process of updating the firmware. Now I am unable to change anything, it says I’m not authorised to be in setup mode even after entering my usual PIN. How do I regain control?
Also a failure during provisioning was reported saying it did not have web access.
Following either the firmware update or the provisioning the connection to the watchmon4 has become completely unstable, either by USB or by WiFi. I’ve tried taking a snapshot when it is connected but it gives me a warning that not all the data has been collected and the report has no data in it, just the item labels.
