Hello, my #1 cell voltage is constantly changing a lot. All others are steady. I changed the longmon for a new one same thing. I don’t understand, will someone please enlighten me? Thank you

Good job swapping it out, you’ve already ruled out a potential issue.
It looks like this issue might be in the connection to the cell itself? Have you tried moving the cables too and seeing if the issue follows the cables?
