Can Batrium daisy chain the CAN or do I just use the Core and 2 CellMates for the two battery packs
MM8 MultiMon MM8 - How to Wire Up and Configure the CANbus Network used CAN to daisy chain which definitely has advantages as each device is individually addressed but as it only allowed 10-15s, is trickier to setup and has a higher parasitic load we have introduced CellMate-K9 which goes over a larger range 3-16s and uses serial communication rather than CAN. this simplifies setup and reduces parasitic load. You can daisy chain to get multiple battery packs (multi-string) or a higher voltage.
