Backup restore fails after firmware update

I updated to the latest Toolkit version 2.17.5. I as well updated my WatchMon 4 to the latest firmware version 4.18.128.
Unfortunately, my current settings were erased and when I push a backup files I get the message, that the upload was not confirmed by the WatchMon.
I’m connected via an USB cable. The connection seems to be ok, as the SystemID, Firmware Version etc. are all loaded and shown in the Toolkits System Overview.

The WatchMon status LED is constantly flashing red - white. What does this mean?
This combination is not shown on the Operating State LED WatchMon site.

I tried to manually set the configuration, but this doesn’t work neither as the configuration is not saved on the WatchMon.

Big jumps in firmware can result in backup and restores being incompatible, as settings are introduced and removed. We try to keep it to a minimum but it happens sometimes.

The best solution is to go through the Wizard Setup again, then make the tweaks that are important to you.

If you system was provisioned, we have logs of your setup and you can ask for any values you need and have forgotten.
