ATTENTION: WatchMon4 Users
Please be advised that WatchMon4 devices should not be updated to Build 39 and 40.
We have received reports of WM4 devices going offline after updating to the latest build. This can be resolved by reloading the firmware and restoring the configuration.
For now, we recommend staying at stable release Build 2.17.27 or Build 2.17.15 for now as we work on this issue and resolve it in an upcoming update.
