There is any new update to software etc or this is ded project ? Just want know this help future plans.

Hi NiceMan,

We are certainly not dead! We have pushed out:

  • Insights for bmi.batrium.com, charts that help you spot areas of improvement in your Batrium system
  • Several new or improved inverter CAN profiles to keep up with the state of the art where we can
  • Updates to our mobile app and backend infrastructure to keep things snappy and compatible

We have in development:

  • New hardware products to improve existing and new Batrium systems.
  • Configuration capabilities through the mobile app
  • Research into better algorithms and analytics

We generally keep quiet about releases and progress until we’re done, we don’t want to feel rushed to produce something that is not up to our standards.

Hi James, could you update the community on the MQTT capability that was promised some time ago?

Hi wmichale.

It’s still in the pipe, and we’ve seen it work, but we’re still shuffling things around in firmware to make sure that the added load doesn’t disrupt any critical BMS function.

I’m pushing to get it included in our next software release or the one after, now that insights is wrapped up :slight_smile:
