hey team, I can log in using the WiFi access no problems, but as soon as I try “Web” the application closes itself. installed only a week ago. I used to use the Batrium Live Ap, but it stopped working (looked like you lost the domain)
THoughts on access via the Web for the Batrium Ap on Android??

Sorry you’re having issues! Which version of the app are you running? I’ll confirm whether I can reproduce your fault and contact our app team if I can.
Have you tried clearing the chache/app data in Android for this app? I find that’s needed occasionally on my Android phone with other apps.
I just downloaded it a couple of days ago, so it’s a brand new install. 3.0.15 is the version on the load screen
WiFi is ok, but Web just closes the app. There used to be a “Batrium Live” app, which worked fine, but it looked like you lost the domain so I deleted it. (it was replaced with one of those generic “buy this domain” ads…

Hi Andy,
Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce your issue 
In a pinch, you can still use https://bmi.batrium.com/ to view your battery from any device.
What sort of device are you on? Which version of Android? (Can be found in Settings > About this Phone all the way at the bottom. I’ll pass that info straight to the app team.
