2x Cellmate K9 problem

I have two CellmateK9 with 32 LiFePo4 cells in series (16 per CellmateK9), I had a problem with a couple of cells and the system stopped abruptly. I have rewired to leave 30 cells in total (15 per CellmateK9) but the second one has an error that I can’t get rid of. Even without power, the red LED light on the first cell stays on and it doesn’t synchronize. I have tried swapping the K9s by rewiring and it fails the same, although I know it’s from that specific K9. I’m attaching an image to see if anyone can help me. Thank you very much.

In this first photograph you can see the system turned on with the error of the second K9 (the one on the left of the photo), If I stop feeding the BMS (I have even disconnected the cable that connects it to the first K9), the red LED continues to be on.

Hello

I’m pretty sure that LED is indicating a wiring fault to the cells. Do you have a TestMON to check the wiring? If not can you check using a multimeter on each scr ew terminal - it should increase by ~3.2V for each cell.
I don’t quite understand what happened when you swapped the K9s around. Are you saying the led is on regardless of if it is installed in the left or right position? If so it may indicate a fault with the K9 - the cell inputs may be fused and the one for the first cell has blown?
